Demo Day!

Hi Everyone!

How hot has it been these last few days??!! Hope you are managing to keep cool!

We are holding our next Free Demonstration Day on Saturday 11th July at the shop in Moordown, Bournemouth. As usual the demo will run from 10.30am- approx 2.30pm. Maggie has lots of rubber stamping and card making techinques and ideas to show you.

Happy Bank Holiday!!

I hope you have all had a fantastic Bank Holiday Weekend!!

It has been gorgeously sunny here, definately a hint of a long hot summer on the cards!! Hope the weather forecaster I was listening to the other day is right!

To celebrate the Bank Holiday and Half Term, we have a "Double Up" week for you. Basically, instead of the usual 1 stamp on your loyalty card for each £10 you spend, this week until Friday 29th May you will be able to "double up" and get 2 stamps for each £1o you spend in the shop!!!

Lots of lovely new stock is now in including Daisy and Dandelion rubber stamps and Rub On Transfers, Whitewash Coredinations Card Stock Pads, more Woodware Trimmers and more Nestabilities.

Just a quick post tonight as I'm off to watch Britains Got Talent!

My Minds Eye and K & Co

I was so excited this week when 2 deliveries turned up even the courier driver gave me "that look"!!! He obviously doesn't understand!

The new My Minds Eye papers from their "Breaking Free" and "Pretty Please" ranges are totally gorgeous. I especially love the die cut papers...can't wait to use them!

K & Co's new "Wild Raspberry" and "Que Sera Sera" were in the other delivery!

And to cap it all Daisy Bucket Rub Ons and some new Nestabilities!!!

Update on the shop and next DEMO DAY!

Very quick update on the shop...all is going really well and I can't believe how quickly the weeks are flying by! Maggie's demonstration earlier this month was a great day for all those who came along, with lots of new tips and techniques. Our next demo is already organised for Saturday 30th May. Kathey will be in the shop from 10.30-2.30pm demonstrating some of our products. I'll see if I can get some "sneak peeks" to show you!

I'm expecting the new K & Co Wild Raspberry and Que Sera Sera embellishments early next week and also I've just placed an order for the new My Minds Eye "Pretty Please" and "Breaking Free" collections. These look gorgeous so can't wait for them to arrive.

So lots going on at the shop...will keep updating via the blog as and when things happen so do keep popping back.

Well, 10 minutes until Hannah's dance lesson finishes so better go and collect her and then it's scrapbook class tonight!

Update...

Just a quick update!
First week at the shop is going really well. I still can't believe I'm the owner of my very own craft shop. I've placed a few orders for some sparkly new stock which should be here within the next few days. I can't wait to see the new Fancy Pants scrapbook paper that's coming!

I'm bursting with ideas for classes, demonstrations and special events and can hardly wait to get things organised.

Must go-dinner is cooking in the oven whilst I type....!

1 more day!

I can hardly believe there is just one more day to go and then the shop is officially mine. It has all happened so quickly, and it is taking me a while to get my head around it all.

I have been busy looking at supplier's products as I am keen to get in lots of lovely new stock as soon as possible. There are just so many gorgeous crafty goodies out there....I want it all!!

I'm off to visit the new Ikea store in Southampton with hubby tomorrow, we want to get some new storage and shelving for our spare room and also a coffee table for the lounge. I'm sure we will come back laden with other stuff we never even intended to get, as is always the way with an Ikea trip! Kind of looking forward to a day of just Me and Him too...Hannah is spending a day with Grandad.
